Here at Kynance House we are a family run bed & breakfast.
We consist of three buildings.

We have a variety of rooms available, from single rooms to large family rooms. Our prices are always very fair and competitive.

Kynance House provides a comfortable, relaxing area where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or afternoon tea while you stay with us. A full English or continental breakfast can be included when you book your stay as well as evening meals when booked in advance. We also have a Lounge where you can relax and watch tv or read a book.

We have a range of rooms from single ensuite to family rooms which can sleep 4 people. We are based on The Hoe which is an ideal location, close to the university, train station, the sea and the city centre.
